We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. At this time, return shipping costs are not covered. After this time, the order will be considered final and no refunds will be issued except as provided in these terms and conditions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective or damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
