In which countries does Lili Margo ship?

We ship everywhere in France and internationally.

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free from 40 € of purchase. Once the products are added to the basket, enter your delivery address, the delivery price will be calculated automatically according to the destination country.

How long does the delivery take?

We currently offer a delivery within 48 hours in France (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) provided that the payment has been received before 3pm on the day of the order. For the rest of the world, it depends on the country of destination: the delivery time will be calculated once all the shipping details have been indicated during the payment.

What are the payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Maestro. All payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment system.

My coupon code doesn't work, what should I do?

Check that you have entered your coupon code in the right section. The coupon code is located above the "order" button when you go to the shopping cart. Check that the coupon code you want to use is still valid, either in your emails or via the influencer who gave you the code.

MY ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as you have not proceeded to payment, you can modify the content of your basket, the delivery details or the payment method as you wish.

Once your basket is validated and payment made, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel your order or delivery details.

However, upon receipt of your package, you will have 14 days to return all or part of your order, provided that the packaging is intact.

What should I do if I have not received the correct order?

If the products you have received do not match the ones you ordered, or if your order is incomplete or damaged in transit, please contact LILI MARGO Customer Service by email contact@lilimargo.com

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Is it possible to return a product(s)?

You can only return your products if they are still in their original packaging, unopened and intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns of products if the original packaging has been opened or damaged.

Please note that items that are part of a lot or pack cannot be returned separately and count as one product.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt of the order. At this time, return shipping costs are not covered. After this period, the order will be considered final and no refund will be made except in the cases provided for in these Terms and Conditions.

How do I return my purchase?

To make the return, please send us an e-mail to contact@lilimargo.com and include the following information: order number, name of the product(s) you wish to return, name, e-mail address, delivery address and the date on which the products were ordered and received.

You will then receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt and acceptance of your return, with the return slip attached.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once you have sent your return request, we have 14 days to reimburse you for the amount of the returned products.

For which skin types are Lili Margo products suitable?

Our products are suitable for all skin types: dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating... the products are suitable for dry, sensitive or oily skin.

Is Lili Margo an animal cruelty-free brand?

Our products are cruelty-free, they do not contain ingredients of animal origin and are not tested on animals.

Where does Lili Margo manufacture its products?

All our products are made in France and Lili Margo is committed to maintaining its local production for the benefit of development made in France.

Can I combine the different product ranges?

All the products in our ranges can be combined with each other to fully enjoy the Lili Margo experience. However, for optimal results, we recommend that you use products from the same line to effectively correct the targeted problem: For example, if you have dry skin lacking radiance, the Hydrabsolute line is for you! The Cocktail Cream, Intense Care Eye Cream, Nourishing Lip Balm... of the range are complementary and will deeply nourish your skin.

At what age can I start using a cream from the anti-aging range?

According to beauty and cosmetics experts, it is advisable to start using anti-ageing skin care from the age of 20/25. The use of the D&N Activalift range will help prevent the appearance of wrinkles at the first signs of ageing, and will plump and smooth fine lines.

Why use an eye contour?

One of the most sensitive areas of the face is the eye contour area: the skin is fine and delicate. Some skin care products or creams are too moisturizing or too aggressive for this sensitive area. Applying a suitable care product such as Soin Intense Nouveau Regard is therefore recommended to delicately nourish the eye contour area.

How do I take care of my skin?

Taking care of your skin means first of all getting to know it, listening to it and observing it to know what it needs.

First of all, moisturising and drinking regularly is essential for healthy skin. Water will be your best ally in the search for a plump and invigorated skin.

Then, know your skin well so that you can provide it with care adapted to its needs, and repeat your ritual every day.

How can I combat dry skin?

Dry skin is a fear of many women, especially when winter comes around.

The irreplaceable tip: drink lots of water! Moisturizing your body continuously also contributes to the hydration of your skin. It will be nourished from the inside.

Applying a cream adapted to your skin morning and evening will help it to rehydrate deeply to keep its radiance and vitality throughout the day. The Fresh Cocktail or Rich Cocktail creams are perfect for enhancing and nourishing your skin on a daily basis.

In case of long-lasting and persistent dryness, you can try to complete your skin care ritual with serums or rehydrating masks to reform the skin's protective barrier. The Bio Cell Mask is ideal for deep moisturizing

In the event of excessive dryness or irritation, consult your pharmacist or dermatologist for an appropriate treatment.

Why is a complete facial routine recommended?

Your skin is exposed to external aggressions on a daily basis, including pollution, humidity and the sun. It is therefore important to adopt good habits to pamper your skin so that it remains healthy and clean.

1. Cleanse: cleansing your skin is essential, especially after a long day! Removing your makeup and applying a purifying cleanser is the^firststep in your beauty routine. The Gentle Cleansing Milk is for you!
2. Tone: with the Purifying Rose Lotion, boost and purify your skin by dabbing.
3. Moisturize: adapted to your skin, the moisturizing cream is the key step in your beauty routine and will deeply nourish. Don't forget your neck and décolleté!

How to solve skin problems linked to wearing a mask?

The health measures in force and the wearing of masks have led to the appearance of many skin problems, whether in men or women. The problems are numerous and each one has its solution:

The heat under the mask, and the accumulation of humidity can disturb your sebum production in the cheeks, nose and chin. Sebum-regulating products are therefore recommended to counteract the effects of the mask. The Purifying and Matifying Mask, with its antioxidant benefits, can help you regulate your skin and eliminate the impurities accumulated under the mask.

If your skin is sensitive and dry on the rest of your face, choose a sebum-regulating serum to be applied only to the areas affected by excess sebum.
