Blackheads and whiteheads are our worst enemies. To begin with, you should know that everyone has blackheads because they form in an essential part of the skin: the pores! They can appear during acne outbreaks, but also because of a poor lifestyle (stress or lack of sleep).
A blackhead is called an open comedo and a whitehead is called a closed comedo or microcyst because it is an obstructed pore covered by skin. The black color comes from the melanin of the skin which oxidizes and blackens in contact with the oxygen in the air.
The first step to eliminate blackheads and whiteheads is to change your lifestyle because that is often the root of the problem. Girls, don't forget that everything you put on your plate will affect your skin! Remember to eat a balanced diet, neither too fatty nor too sweet so as not to alter the production of sebum or the mechanisms of your skin. An unbalanced diet, lack of sleep or stress can be factors responsible for these small skin problems that spoil your life!
The second piece of advice I can give you is to clean your skin twice a day! Cleansing your skin will allow you to remove as many impurities as possible stuck in your pores and therefore limit the risk of them becoming clogged. This is a step that you cannot neglect if you want to have a fine skin texture and especially without blackheads. Imagine going to bed every night with your makeup and toxins accumulated during the day. Your pores would be full of bacteria and therefore develop more and more blackheads or whiteheads. I advise you to use cleansing and purifying products, adapted to your skin, to limit the development of bacteria!
Also, in order to eliminate toxins before your pores are completely clogged, I advise you to exfoliate your skin at least once a week. Our Sweet Scrub with its organic apricot kernel grains will be perfect for all blemished skin! The microbeads will exert pressure on the skin and help you remove impurities from your skin in an instant. Its purifying properties will also help reduce the number of blackheads and the risk of skin infection. Girls, I remind you that the movement of the microbeads on the skin reactivates the cellular mechanisms and therefore offers an instantaneous glow!
You can then apply a purifying mask such as Sebum Control which will regulate the production of sebum. I advise you to apply it once a week, just rinse it off with clear water after 10 minutes.
My last tip is the most important one! Never forget that all skin types need water, including oily skin. .... A skin that is too aggressed will naturally produce more sebum to protect itself and will therefore develop imperfections... So girls, moisturize your skin daily with skincare products that are adapted to your needs and have the non-comedogenic label!
