III. General Conditions of Sale (CGV)

Article 1 - Scope

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Site. www.lilimargo.com.

Article 2 - Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site. The photographs have no contractual value.

Article 3 - Order

Any order implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. After validation of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Article 4 - Price and payment

The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order. Payment is made online by credit card or by any other secure payment method offered on the Site.

Article 5 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the Site.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

Return costs remain your responsibility.

Article 7 - Legal guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Article 8 - Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to mediation or refer the matter to the competent courts.
