What countries does Lili Margo ship to?
We ship everywhere in France and internationally.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for purchases over €40. Once the products have been added to the basket, enter your delivery address, the delivery price will be calculated automatically according to the country of destination.
How long does delivery take?
We currently offer delivery within 48 hours in mainland France (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) provided that payment has been received before 3 p.m. on the same day of the order. For the rest of the world, it depends on the destination country: delivery time will be calculated once all shipping details are provided during checkout.
What are the payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Maestro. All payments are processed via the secure Stripe payment system.
My promo code doesn't work, what should I do?
Check that you have entered your promo code in the correct section provided for this purpose. The location of the coupon code is above the “order” button when you go to the basket. Check that the promo code you want to use is still valid, either in your emails or via the influencer benefiting from the code.
MY ORDERS
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As long as you have not processed the payment, you can modify the contents of your basket, the delivery details or the payment method as you wish.
Once your basket has been validated and payment has been made, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel your order or delivery details.
However, upon receipt of your package, you will have 14 days to return all or part of your order to us, provided that the packaging is intact.

What should I do if I have not received the correct order?
If the products you received do not correspond to those you ordered, or if your order is incomplete or damaged during transport, please contact LILI MARGO Customer Service by email contact@lilimargo.com
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can only return your products to us if they are still in their original packaging, intact. We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund any return of products that are damaged or where the original packaging has been damaged.
How long does it take to return my purchase?
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt of order. At this time, return costs are not covered. After this period, the order will be considered final and no refund can be made except in the cases provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.
How do I return my purchase?
To make the return, please email us at contact@lilimargo.com and include the following information: order number, names of the product(s) you wish to return, name, email address, shipping address and the date the products were ordered and received.
You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt and acceptance of your return, with the return slip attached.

What is the repayment period?
Once you have sent your return request, we have 14 days to reimburse you for the amount of the returned products.

Our products are suitable for all skin types: dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating... the products are suitable for dry, sensitive or oily skin.
Is Lili Margo a cruelty-free brand?
Our products are cruelty-free, contain no animal ingredients and are not tested on animals.

Can I combine the different product lines?
All the products in our ranges can be combined with each other, in order to fully enjoy the Lili Margo experience. However, for optimal results, we advise you to use products from the same range in order to effectively correct the targeted problem: For example, in the case of dry skin lacking radiance, the Hydrabsolute range is made for you! The Cocktail creams, Intense Care eye contour creams, Nourishing lip balm, etc. from the range are complementary and will deeply nourish your skin.
At what age can I start using a cream from the anti-aging range?
According to beauty and cosmetics experts, it is advisable to start using anti-aging care from the age of 20/25. Using the Activalift D&N range will help prevent the appearance of wrinkles, at the first signs of aging, the treatments will plump up and smooth fine lines.
Why use an eye cream?
One of the most sensitive areas of the face is the eye area: the skin is thin and delicate. Some treatments or creams are too moisturizing or too aggressive for this sensitive area. Applying a suitable treatment such as Soin Intense Nouveau Regard is therefore recommended to delicately nourish the eye area.

Then, know your skin well to provide it with care adapted to its needs, and repeat your ritual every day.
How can I fight against the dryness of my skin?
Drying of the skin is the fear of many women, especially when winter is around the corner.
The irreplaceable advice: drink lots of water! Continuously hydrating your body also helps hydrate the skin. She will be nourished from the inside.
Applying the cream suited to your skin morning and evening will help it rehydrate deeply to maintain its radiance and vitality throughout the day. Cocktail Frais or Cocktail Riche cream are perfect for enhancing and nourishing your skin every day.

How to solve skin problems related to wearing a mask?
The health measures in force and the wearing of masks have led to the appearance of numerous skin problems, whether in men or women. The problems are numerous and each has its solution:
The heat under the mask and the accumulation of humidity can disrupt your sebum production in the cheeks, nose and chin. Sebum-regulating products are therefore recommended to compensate for the effects of the mask. The Purifying and Mattifying Mask, with its antioxidant benefits, can help you regulate your epidermis and eliminate impurities accumulated under the mask.
If your skin is sensitive and dry on the rest of your face, choose a sebum-regulating serum to apply only to the areas affected by excess sebum.
