You benefit from a 14 -day withdrawal right, which means that you have 14 days after receipt of your item to request a return. For the moment, the return costs are not covered. After this period, the order will be considered final and no refund may be made except in the cases provided for in these GTC.

To be eligible for a return, your article must be in the same condition as you received it, unused (except for manipulations to establish its nature, characteristics or good functioning), with labels and in its packaging of origin. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make the return, please send us an email to service.client@lilimargo.com And include the following information: order number, product names (s) that you wish to return, name, email address, delivery address and date on which the products were ordered and received.

Defective or damaged articles

Please inspect your order upon receipt and please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and solve it.

Non -returnable exceptions / articles

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as facial accessories or items used. We also do not accept returns of dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gas. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific article.

The quickest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. In the event of approval, you will be automatically reimbursed in your original payment method. Remember that the treatment and publication of the refund can also take some time from your bank or your credit card company.
